The guy hasn't even sold 1 franchise yet. I would've taken the $350,000 and they don't get me as a employee and ran. I would've then take the $350,000 and went to start another business with it.

I can tell you that for Glass Graffiti removal (Acid Etch tags, and Scratch Tags) GRS and their franchisees use GlassRenu exclusively.

Let see most everyone here offers this service right. And we all pretty much use the same chem. So what company is selling their product only to him. And correct me if Im wrong but could I not by the same chem they are using from GlassRenu also?

He was pretty well spoken, and had decent presentation skills, but, he really had nothing of value for an investor. He was under the mistaken belief that $250,000 is a lot of money. It isn't.
