Let the Washing Commence

through networking another board member got in on this job as well doing all of the windows. As you can see this is an extremely large property, almost 7,000 linear feet, 55ft high on the back side, and 40ish on the front. This is the largest structure I have ever cleaned however this one is going the easiest of all the ones we've done in the past. Let this be a wake-up call and Network with others around you! The benefit of networking on this job in particular are extreme and amount to a large pocketbook afterwords. I almost forgot to mention that an employee of mine arranged this job and done all the footwork. He will receive a large bonus just for this project and it should get his family to Disney and a stay at one of the resorts for a week or so easily. Open your employee's eyes and if you trust they are competent enough to handle sales, give them a reward when they come through and more will follow.

That is great Chris, Congratulations!

Nice, Chris keep up the good work

Thad should have some redneck washing pictures, I pulled a Jim Gamble and purchased a 4 wheeler to pull a trailer around the property. Things are going slow as we have to remove all window screens before Thad cleans the windows. I really feel for Thad as each balcony has to be accessed and porch doors have to be cleaned as well.

We did a good tag-team sales job on the Director and Head of Maintenance.
When we got done her only question was, "When can you start?"

I'll post the pics in Alpha Gamma if they came out.
LOL.

if you get that monstrous belly, you are really going to be like him. Face it, you bought the four wheeler because it was a good excuse.

it looks like this job coiled be a good gig. congratulations.

Thad got a much better image of the property. Everything on the North side of the road is one building and the small Alzheimer's (Old Timers) building is south of the road.
