You were very good at speaking. I wouldnt even mind hearing you again.:yes4: Have you done much of that before?
Actually, I am the President of this
Singles Group and also won my Chamber Of Commerce Business Of The Year way back when. So I am comfortable in front of a group of people, yes. Ron wanted a Power Point Presentation, A/C was talking about marketing, and Mike Kreisle was talking about SEO, so what was left for me to talk about but roof cleaning ? I can't teach roof cleaning in an hour! They wanted a song and dance about the RCIA, but Bill is better at that Org stuff them I am. I was nervous about the Power Point stuff, since I had little time to practice it. Cameras were flashing, videos were being recorded, and I had NO idea how much time was elapsing. My Power Point was basically a RCIA Promo, and I just wasn't in to it  HOW many times have we had some people try and shove an Org down our throats?
I did not want to be perceived as one of those guys.
So, I decided to just be myself, and teach as best I could in the time allowed, in a funny way.
I had lots more funny educational stuff to share that is quite relevant to every cleaning contractor, but I was worried that Ron may have got mad at me. Plus I was concerned that people would be upset who traveled thousands of miles to see a roof cleaning expert turn into a comedian. I only had an hour, so I did my best to provide an entertaining, educational experience. I did NOT want to be a
boring speaker.
Ron IS right, power point is the way to go! Lots of stuff I wanted to say, I just plain forgot. But I honestly feel, given enough time to prepare and practice a power point presentation, I can do better next time.
