Think about how crazy this is.
There is nothing in the constitution that gives us the right to privacy from private individuals. The constitution is a boundary written for the federal government. In other words you might be able to stand in the street and sing "Allah, Allah, Allah, Holla fo a Dolla" all you want and the government can't do a darn thing about it. But if you come on my property doing it, or in my HOA or my business or anywhere that is private property I have every right to tell you to shut up and GTFO.
Now for the insanity:
The people who don't mind the government stopping 18 cars of innocent people on the street and searching them looking for evidence of a bank robbery are the same ones who are silently thinking.... "Zimmerman had no right to stop the poor little black kid on his way home from the store to ask him what he's doing".
The fact is, Zimmerman DID have the right, as a private citizen and the government does NOT have the right as an arm of the law.
This is hard to understand because it just doesn't "feel" right.
Solomon says "There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death. Proverbs 14:12
Sometimes logic has to override feelings. And logic, based on history, tells us that the government is far more dangerous than most criminals.
