Lani had some great stuff today on contacting property managers on the Yahoo chat. Complete with recorded calls telling us what the PM was looking for in a contractor. Well worth the time.

Lani Chat is always good, I agree. I like the voicemails especially. We just have to get more people in there at the right time, seems like there were only a handful at starting time, and close to the end of the hour we had nearly 15 people.
The live chats have been going all day, its wonderful.

Lani's chat is very informative........You guys should chat with her sometime she just might teach you a thing or two.(or vise versa)......
She is learning, She has a staff behind her. Julie has been with me 9 years, Tim 15 and Ben 6.....Samatha is brand new but very good and may also do some live.
This next week Lani will turn her show up a notch.
Not many places you can find one but 5 sales people selling pressure cleaning.
Thanks for the support, i'm sure Lani appreciates the support your guys have given her and has learned alot about our industry from others.
