Lance has some history in this business. He owned the Carwash guy Franchises ans was very well known in this industry a few years back for better or worse. There are many stories about him and all you have to do to find out about him is like you would with anyone else....Google Seach.

I happened to be reading an Online business site about parking garages etc and as I went thru the site I came across this new business that Lance is into.

He is an interesting dude. I'll leave it at that.
