Just got this email from keith. Looks like he's back. Ill be ordering some business cards tomorrow.

As you are probably well aware, I have been off the radar in recent months.
This was a very unfortunate result of compounding factors that forced me to all
but completely vacate my post for far longer than I ever intended or expected.
I am sincerely very sorry for any inconvenience or problems I may have
caused you or your business due to my absence. That was the bad news...

The good news is that on Monday, July 12, 2010, I am re-opening KBK GraphX!
While I certainly don't expect you to come back begging me for my services,
I do want you to know that along with this re-opening will come a whole new level
of prompt and professional service to you, my extremely valued client.
And like in the past, you will receive only my very best design work,
the same if not better caliber of which made you my client in the first place.

(Please note that my previous domain name [ www.KBKgraphics.com ] will be
directed to this new site shortly, just as soon as the domain transfer is complete.)

It truly feels great to be back! Please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or

I am glad he is back, I have some ideas for some new marketing pieces for him.

I also got the same email this morning from him. I am verry happy he is back as well as others are also.

I just got off the phone with him 5 minutes ago and made a order for postcard and flyers.

Keith is still a great guy as he always was.

We all go through rough times in our lifes.

Yes we do! Winners and Losers both get knocked down, Winners get back up. I am happy Keith is back!
 
I know what you guys are saying but what if it happens again?

You have to consider the fact there is a problem of some sort out there and I personally wouldnt allow others problems to have an effect on my income. Many people we left holding the bag with little or no idea what to do with there company materials and what was worse was unfinished websites and stuuf.

I hope all goes well for him and wish him no ill will but facts are facts, I would second guess complete trust at this point if it were me. JUST MY .02 CENTS
 
Thats a great point Russ. I'll be using him for some design stuff and small printing pieces, but nothing major at this point. But also put yourself in his shoes. If you went MIA for a while you wouldnt EXPECT your clients to take you back, but it would sure be nice if they gave you a second shot, right?
 
MIA, those days are over for me a long time ago, I hope and think for Keith they are also. He's a nice guy that had a bad year and I have him working on stuff right now. 2nd chance I always give just about anyone a 2nd chance. Look me and Ron actually can talk without yelling at each other now LOL:wave::rotflmao:

Man I wouldnt mind going MIA right now
