I'm cleaning next week a (medium size) building
they dont have any water (except for a well dedicated to fire sprinkles ...I need to haul about 1000 gallons 3 trips......a couple of miles from dallas 5-9 miles


no bathrooms( porta potty)

steel building maybe 7-10.000) square feet.


national company (distribution )


location over 20 years



Did I mention no water ?

Just a note... be very careful if you tap into an industrial sites water system. If you open up any valves that run through their sprinkler system you will set the water flow alarm off. No big deal but could be pretty embarrassing...ha

yes hot water 5.5 alkota 325 gallon water tank 28 inch hydro tek surface cleaner

nick.....this was probably only building out there years ago .....


buildings on the right and left all have water....

I'm sure fire hydrants are somewhere.....didnt look...


its like they never upgraded when water main became available
