This photo is where all but three of my wash trucks are in the Phoenix area.
This photo is a lousy picture of what each of them is doing. I also have two other cameras on the truck, one facing forward, and the other in the cab so I can see what, and listen, to what the driver is doing. These have been a great management tool that we use on a daily basis. This morning I actually watched one of my guys cleaning a bus shelter improperly, and was able to dispatch a lead to the problem child for retraining.
For what it is worth, every single employee is told about the cameras when they interview for the job. Their accepting it is considered a condition of employment. The cameras and GPS have saved a lot of jobs, and only cost a couple of people their jobs. One got fired for going 75 in a 45, and the other got fired for repeatedly skipping stops, and not cleaning the stops he stopped at properly.
