So, I was reading something about teaching customers, and the thought came to me that something was poorly communicated.

Here is the point to remember, whether it is a customer, an employee, a potential customer or spouse.

You can talk all you want, but communication does not happen until every one understands what is being talked about in the same way.

Have you ever seen someone get that glazed over look? I can guarantee you that you are communicating with them.

Have you ever had an employee say, yes, I got this, okay, etc. before you are even done? The communication has failed.

Communication is what allows people to understand the product or service you are selling, and to meet your needs, or their needs.
