Here's the flier Keith KBX is making for me
I like it a lot. I am going to change a few things, maybe move some things

Whats your thoughts, critique it for me.

its a 2 sided flier, Keith made it like 2 seperate fliers the 1st side for parking garages and the other side for other areas of concrete. I dont know if I like the header (Concrete Cleaning Experts) on both sides

Whats every ones thoughts on the text about lawsuits? should I leave it, or put it on 2nd side or remove it

Also what about the logo. Its my logo and I like it, but on this flier the way it is it looks just like a label was stuck there with my logo, it doesnt really flow.I think?

Any and all thoughts welcomed and yes I know I need a website


Keith does great work, I sent him a lot of junk and he has made this flier look professional.

They both look great.If it was me and it was a two sided flyer i would have something diffrent on the other side. Such as roof ,house cleaning etc---.I just think better bang for your addvertising dollars.

I was thinking that but I want 2 seperate fliers, so I can deliver to the same properties at different time. This one is geared towards the Ocean front towers which theres hundreds of them with parking garages

Then the next one is going to be towards condo complexes & towers, retail & commercial buildings

I am going to add a little something to this one about building washing etc
 
I like them both. Very well done, now if you can figure out how to get the right people reading them.

I checked there site and you are talking about 4 by 6 post cards. correct.?
wich i know you can use them for flyers but i think his flyer is at least an 8 by 11. im also getting a flyer done by KBK this week. he just did my new logo for me. he does good work.
 
yeah make sure you give them out to the right peolpe, i gave a bunch of flyers and pens out to the go go girls at bucks last night

I'm going to have KBX do a few different ones and am going on a full advert blitz down on the BLVD, hundreds of hotel & condo towers with parking garages & other nasty concrete, that clean after tourist season, plus we have a Presidential Debate coming here in Jan and thats pretty big for a little city like Myrtle Beach. As soon as they figure where their going to hold the debate (its between 2 places and there both dirty & moldy) I'll be targetting the property and surrounding properties
