Jiffy Lube Cleaning

Has anyone Powerwashed a Jiffy Lube as in Monthly Service??
Also has anyone ever powerwashed the inside of a Jiffy Lube like the walls and floors??

There is a Jiffy Lube by me that looks like Crap. I left a couple of Business cards there today after I got the oil in my truck changed. The manager said that they may be looking for Bids in the near future to Powerwash this place and others. The Regional Manager will be the one taking the Bids at least that is what this manager was telling me.

Anyone have experience with dealing with Jiffy Lubes along these lines??

Never done one, but don't forget to include water reclamation in your bid.

1/2 the money...

Just remember, when you are bidding/doing commercial work,
you get about 1/2 the amount you would normally get for
doing residential.

It is strange, but commercial accounts do not care so much about
quality as they do price, so if you bid, make sure you will do
only the amount of work needed to generate in excess of
$100 per hour, and also keep in mind, most if not all can be
60-120 days before payments are made..

I am dealing with alot of commercial work and they are all the
same, they say, lost the invoice, oh she is in charge of that,
refax that invoice from that month etc..

You have to have thick skin, and a big bank roll to get inolved
with commercial accounts, what I did on my contracts, is I put a clause
in there that states after 15 days of service payment is due, if not,
there is a 10% interest charge daily until payment is received..

It is funny when you do that, how much faster they pay...

Many times the trick is to get the name and phone number of the lowly accounting clerk who actually pays the bill. That way you can go directly to them if payment isn't forthcoming.
