I hired two new employees this week. While I was sealing a deck with one of them, we were talking and he tells me he went to school for small engine repair and used to work in a shop, etc...............

Now I have someone on staff that can fix just about anything with the power washers................which is something I am totally useless for..............that's not my specialty.

I gotta keep this guy.
