Nothing but long sleeves when the sun is out. Long sleeves keep you cooler, because you don't have as much direct exposure to the sun, and the fabric retains sweat.

I wear white hanes cool dri LONG SLEEVE t shirts under my cotton logo t shirts every day. It seems cooler that way. Also protects arms from skin cancer.

BINGO! I've already had some cancer spots removed from my face and neck. 2 months ago I got a severe case of sun poison on my arms that has still not cleared up.
