Is your website doing the job

Yes. Yes. No. About 90%. I honestly find it hard to believe that anyone without a website is staying very busy, unless they have built up a good referral base. Or unless tons of money is being spent on advertising w/ lots of pounding the pavement. It costs us like $125/year and we built and maintain it ourselves.
 
I have been looking into a web site my self, I tried to build one but I don't if I like the looks of the one I made and may pay to have it setup. I grabbed the domain name allready just need to get one online and see if it helps any.
 
Absolutely get a website. This is 2008 and this is our future. I look eveything up online. What's a phonebook?

I have only had a couple calls from the phone book and it is not cheap, Way more then a website will cost me per month. I want to get a simple but nice looking website up and running. I'm going to try and build it again but I'm not real good at it.
 
My site was built in 2004 and did pretty well but not good enough for me...
During our slow time right now my step son and I have spent some time re-doing my site and it is now ranking much higher. I hope to get alot more calls from it this year. We added a You Tube video to it and made alot of changes.

Ditto on the year 2008. I can't remember the last time I looked in the Phone book for something. I always do a search on the internet.
 
My website was well worth the hours that it took me to build 60% of my leads come through my website. I pay about $75 a year for hosting and manage it myself.

I guess this spot is really about a website. I am in the process of having one made for me. I know how to do the HTML, but some of the flash and other things that we will have I do not know how to do. Besides, they take a lot of time to build and I dont have the time to do it myself.

No I haven't. I go by there alot but never worked for him. I'Ve seen him driving around pinellas county alot and I've seen him at the Tampa airport. I also have breakfast once in awile where he eats but I haven't been there when he was.
 
Last time we were in Orlando, we went down to that area one day and I just happened to see something online that stated his home was for sell for $ 25M. I enjoy looking at homes and it is not every day that you get to see a $ 25 M home (he is not going to get it). Having no idea where the home is, we drove around for a little bit and ran into it. We could not believe how easy of a find it was. Kinda neat to see a home that you see on tv frequestly (or at least use to).

It looked pretty clean to me, but it is still worth pressure washing. After a good quality wash down, he may get $ 25 M after all.
 
The house is in Bellear down by the water off S Fort Harrison. I haven't been by that way in about a month. I wouldn't even know how to get him. I'm thinking it would be a little weird trying to just walk up to the front door. I'm not even sure you can get in. They probably have a maint. company that handles all the grounds type work.
 
To get in touch with him, just search local divorce papers. Ok pot shot at a 300 pound man. Dont want him to come do a leg drop on me.
 
Get the website! It has got us most of our jobs! I have had people call me and they say there home was for sale and there realtor wanted the roof cleaned. They did not know you could clean a roof and went on the internet to find a cleaner.... and they call me! Easy to build with yahoo web hosting! cost 150 a year or so! I have made my that back many times this month alone! It also serves as a great way to tell people to check out your pictures, and to read more about it! I hand my buisness card out to people and tell them to check me out on the internet all the time! Another great thing is when i put out 500 flyers... I will see my website counter go up 100 or so! It proves that flyers get noticed! In a nut shell my website is my most powerful marketing tool, along side my phone!
