is this to strong house wash.

If your downstreamer dilutes 20:1 then your mix is a little weak. Your bleach is hitting the house at only .6% You really want it to be about 1.2%
The equation for figuring your house wash is this: (12xBT)/TM=B%
That is (12% x Bleach Total)/Total Mix= Bleach %
SO with your numbers. (12x5 gal bleach)/100 gallons total after downstreaming =.6% bleach
Hope that helps

If I use 12% & dilute it. If I had a 5 gallon container of 12% I would add 2-3 gallons of water to it and then downstream. This works fine for me. I have used a hotter mix, but rarely and only when the house was really nasty.

I think you could weaken your mix a little, but it does depend on your injector. Everyone's equipment is a little different. Dilute your mix and if it is not strong enough add more 12% until it is where you need it to be

5 gals of 12% and 2 cups of soap should most likey be hotttttt , I use 2 gals of 12% and 1 gal of soap and 3gals water mildew and mold gone in a mintue .

it works pretty good

downstreaming

The thing about soap being that hot is that the 12% will eat your hoses faster, and can mess up painted siding and other surface . It will also mess up your injector faster ball valve just allows you to inject the soap with out a gun

yes you can weaken the soap that way
