Hinderliter's company was Delco of Fort Worth because they were Delco distributors. After Delco went defunct, they just kept the name. Cheaper than getting all new letterheads printed...

Have you always been Southside Russ , was that dad's old name ?

Oct event San Diego free free text me for more details !!

And then when the Delco name got bought up, Delco of Fort Worth was forced to change their name, through legal action. That is when it became Delux. After a while, Michael bought his dad out, and renamed it Powerwash.com.

I sold Delco's in Miami from 1990 - 1994. They were a cheaper brand that we sold along side our Karcher's and Simpsons. Simpsons were sold through paint houses and had a great reputation. Delco and Simpson got bought out by KEW sometime in the 1990's and (in my opinion) in one of the dumbest marketing move in the history of our industry, they dumped the Delco and Simpson names and called them Alto's. I guess who ever did that left the company some time afterwards and they reverted to using the old names.
