"SDS (safety data sheets) for all chemicals used on your property are available in all company vehicles, and copies are available upon request".
Most of your customers won't care, but trust me when I tell you that when you try to sell to a major corporation that has a strict safety policy, they will be appreciative that you have that information available.

I personally would take out the part where it says high pressure is only used for cleaning concrete. For some reason the word high pressure screams damage to me.

Fully agree. I never use the word WATER BLAST. people think WATERBLAST = DAMAGE.
