Look for "bid copy", a large customer has asked for "boiler plate" bid/invitation copy for pressure washing of buildings (puplic building bids are necessary). While this a great oppurtunity for us to write the bid to our favor I would like to use standard template.
Would anyone have a pressure washing bid invitation documnet to share ?

In Advance Thank You

dont hold your breath on this.
paperwork is the biggest NO response on the BBS.
it costs too much to give away and leaves too big a hole for competers to come in. Anything you need a lawyer for you wont see posted.
i am suprised that no one sells/advertise here for that kind of stuff

There are a number of websites that have government bids out there. The best way would be to use one of those as a template. You could probably do a websearch to find something.

I might have one Mike. I'll tear my room apart and see if I can find it. Will email you if/when I do.

Mike I sent you a email. Let me know if you need more on this.

Ron, personally I'd love to help with the forms requests, but the reason I don't post docs on the site is specifically because our attorney advised me against it. I was talking with him several months ago and mentioned that I was thinking about putting a copy of our contract up for people to review on this site. He told me not to since anybody can change those things around and leave things out and then turn around and come back after us if they get sued. Think about it like this. You get a copy of a contract from this site and then get sued on a big project and realize that contract didn't protect you properly. The person who posted that document could be held liable for giving you legal advice and you could sue them for damages. Most likely it wouldn't hold up in court, but why take that chance? I tell everybody to just go to an attorney and have him draw up a contract with the info you provide him about the services you perform. Then you know you're covered.
