Introduction letter

I am looking for a introduction letter that I can send to several condo associations and appt complexes. Anyone car to share one? Any help would be greatly appreciated because I'm not good at this part at all.

Jim. you're asking people to do a job you're capable of doing......but won't put the time into it........at least that's what it looks like from here.......why not do a rough draft then post it for opinions? At least put something in to it.....know what I mean?

I would definitedly keep it short and sweet with larger Font.

No one likes to sit and read these

Make it more like a brochure

The followup is important- sending out just an intro letter is like shooting in the dark
