One of the restaurants that I am working with is wanting us to do the interior floors. I have never done this before. What kind of chemical would I use to brighten the floors and what is the process for doing this?

I have done Logans Roadhouse interior floors in the past. They are concrete so I used only hot water. What is the surface material?

the kitchen and behind the counters is rubber, and the rest is tile.

If Its a kitchen Id use a disinfectant......and point it out to the owner
