would be cool to see a demo or a u-tube on how well that works

I have use a sandblaster before how well does this compare?

Does that use regular playground sand?

That is the best sandblast attachment we've ever seen.
..and a KILLER price Paul !
the SandNozzle lasts a hundred+ bags of sand,
IF you stick with a 5 degree nozzle.
it can throw #60 like dust, to #10 sand.. like a pile of rocks !
A great deal guys !!

..and yes, beach sand, playground sand, etc.
and with a "special probe".. walnut shells, baking soda, etc.
It has been tested with up to 50ft of sand hose, without "glugging" too !
ask Paul about that probe !

We will be offering Jerry's special probe and nozzle assembly for $69.95. The custom design allow you to easily adjust the flow rate of the product without changing the suction level. This reduces the potential of any clogs in the line.

Sign up for the Milwaukee contractor training seminar and we will be doing a live demo with various media.

I probably used 6 bags to complete 2 chairs front, back, and bottom plus a 3 seat glider all the way around. A bag of sand lasts about 15 minutes.
WOW! 6 bags.

Can you reuse the sand?

I understand that after the sand has been used once, the cutting edge will be gone. Besides, who wants to sweep it up when it's dry and sift it.

What I want to know is will the metal rust as soon as your done blasting and will the items blasted warp? Or because your blasting with water it cools the surface so it won't warp...

Russ did you get sand all over you?
I have done some sand blasting and if you didnt wear a hat and cover up, you would be a couple pounds extra when you went home.

That was a great video

throwing sand at over 400mph

:rotflmao1::rotflmao1:
ALWAYS use a face shield, and a rain hood
..'lest ye've trained a monkey to pick the sand from 'yer scalp ! :rotflmao1:

but seriously..
throwing sand at over 400mph tends to bounce it right back at you !

to stop flash-rust from forming on steel as it's drying..
about a 1:20 dilution of phosphoric acid with water
in an all-plastic pump-sprayer will stop the rust formation nicely.
and PROTECT yourself from any over-spray !
