In your experience......

When you pull up to a gas station and it looks like this. What has been your experience when you try to sell them?

a. They clean their own and won't spend a dime on it.
b. They have some one clean it once a year
c. This is how is always looks after two weeks
d. They have a guy do it regularly already who isn't doing a very good job
e. Other.

I would have to go with B... Ive tried selling many and gave up around here. They always tell ya the same thing. Someone handles it through our corp office and they show up once or twice a year. Pretty sad actually. I had 1 that almost contracted me on his own but wanted me to do $400.00 worth of work for $125.00

This is a constant battle here in my area. There is one guy doing a chain and had another chain as well. I have spoken with both, one will not call me back or answer emails, the other has fired the guy after my demonstration and is giving me the runaround about getting started. Its all about the numbers in this situation

Ha ha, they all look like that here! The gas business here is not a competitive market, that's why our gas stations look terrible and gas is higher than anywhere in the nation.

This is where I think Ron is a leader in this area. It seems like he has them trained that they need to be clean. Maybe Phoenix has more stringent laws than we have. Maybe we have the same laws and we need to educate them like Ron has. Who knows. It's virgin territory for me.
