If anyone wonders whether you should scrape first

Here is a good example. I don't care how hot or powerful your machine is, you are gonna save boocoo time by scraping ducts like these first. Could you imagine having to "duct spin" this without scraping it. No thanks, I'd rather crawl in and get a little dirty than be there all night trying to get it clean with a duct spinner.

We scrape everything that can be scraped,hood,duct fans,ect, before chem & wash.If it can come off with a scraper it gets scraped,the only way to go.
 
Hey, that’s not bare metal, would that be considered a fire hazard?
 
So are you saying you don't take the time to dry the duct? I would never have thought you did such poor work! I am disappointed in you.

I'd say with that much rust you could be held liable for water damage to the ductwork. You better get your attorney ready for a big one!!!:p
 
:) I Get the clean evry time ... Here is the trick ... Mix heavy caustic soda and hot water in a pump up sprayer .. Spray down the duct .. Sit back and smoke a cig. Then after about 5 min. clean.. Oh but one thing .. you got to have a real machine..
I only use the best
3000psi 4 gpm ( Whitco Hot Water Machine)))) The Only way to go :)

Enviromatic has that photo on their site. Also I noticed your hood cleaning

section is riddled with misspellings. Just a few:

how many more do you want I got some from all the burger kings in the state of mississippi, all the buffalo wild wings , Wendy's , Popeyes...
 
I got tons of photos guys.. Thats what our company does ... we are I Believe to be the only company in Mississippi that offers before and after digital pictures to all of our customers and at there request these cleaning photos are submitted to the mississippi rateings bureau. Ok Ok I know Mississippi sort of throws everybody off ... But hey Last Year was A good Year... I Might go nationwide..... And about the picture from envirotec my mistake sorry !!! I look at everybodys website every day or whe I have a chance to ... Just to see what yall are doing .. Probably hit the wrong file....

Looked thru the rest of your pages, the only one with the misspellings is the hood cleaning page. That must be the page you wrote. Why not get a high school kid to look it over and correct the errors. Also, that picture with "Hood Cleaning Made Easy" and your co.name - appeared last year all over another guy's site who was selling a book, "Hood Cleaning Made Easy!"

Most health departments will cite a restaurant for running the filters thru the dishwasher. Is this acceptable in Mississippi?
 
I'm not sure if its acceptable anywhere, but almost everyone does it. If you do it weekly or even nightly there's really no difference between the filters and dirty dishes.
 
Yep I like the little hood cleaning guy Picture.. Since it was not copyrited I used it ..and made a few changes of my own... Ok I am working on the website to correct all the errors.. 4 years of college and I still have trouble spelling...but you know what I found out .. It really doesn't matter.. I handed out 100 business cards about a year ago and had mispelled restaurant.. I think I spelled it resteraunt.. sounds funny as hell ...... I got 35 calls from 100 business cards with people telling me i mispelled restaurant .. Out of those thirty five 20 of them are some of my best customers... They still joke me about it but hey I'm getting paid.
