I have been invited to a corporate - type meeting for a franchised restaurant. As we all know, franchise owners own many restaruants and I will be able to pitch to 13-14 different owners at one time. I am not sure how many restaurants total will be represented in this one meeting. I talked to the organizer today and they told me that they do not provide power point materials, and told me to just do paper.

What kind of techniques would you suggest to close as many as possible. Closing techniques, flyers, and everything else, what would you do.

I have a spill put together, but I would like ideas to tweak it.

I used math. Show them you can do it cheaper than they can pay their own employees to do it, with the additional benefit that the place is cleaner after you do it.

Both great suggestions. The meeting is at a country club so not sure how the demo would work out. As far as cheaper, I advertize to them a fair price, not always the cheapest. It is great to get new work "by any means necessary" but I have seen 100% of the time that the guys that are looking for the cheapest, well, they nit pick everything, not to mention that they are not committed. I work to build relationships with clients, not just a pay me now and see you again next month.

Maybe do like Ron has done about 500 times or so, video the demo and explain and pan-out to show where the demo was done so they can see when the meeting is over. You could leave some cones around the clean area so it is easier to find.

Show the video during your presentation so they can see the concrete being cleaned, nothing like a good show and narrate it so they know what is happening.

Show some before/after pictures of work you have done then show some bad before/after pics of guys that do not know what they are doing, cold-only water rigs, etc... so they know the potential damage from not using someone that knows what they are doing, reputable, etc...
