I wanted to keep it simple the first time

Hi ya’ll,

It has been a while since I was on the board posting and all. Just moved from <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com
><st1:City w:st=
Jacksonville, Fl Reading, Pa</ST1:p because of my Wife inheriting a few houses and decided to stay a couple of years here and about.

I have to state a couple of things. Up North there is a lack of good ol southern Bar B Q , I am the only Florida Gator football fan, it is too cold to go swimming and if it was not the water is more solid than liquid . Whats up with this?
<O:p
I am finally going to get started in the softwashing of roofs and houses, so if anyone has any advice they can give so I do not have to make the same mistakes you pros did. Now where can I find a copy of how to start a power washing business and make 500k the first year?

make sure you search roof cleaning/softwashing/roof pumps etc etc... Do a couple hours or even a good couple days of good research on roof cleaning. Also get the right equipment it will make things a lot easier good luck.

I am actually thinking of going with Bobs’ Chemical Bandit Zeta for the roof/House washing. I may add a PW skid mounted later when I go after flat work, but for now that will have to be a future plan. I am looking to get a small flat trailer to mount it to with about 200ft of hose on a heavy duty reel with a good four way nozzle. What tank sizes would ya’ll suggest?

As far as what they call BBQ up here, it is my opinion that they do not come close. Once I tried to eat a pork samich, but when it came out to me it was nothing more than a jazzed up sloppy Joe. As for now I am going to keep my smoker running the meat for about 12 hours with my magic rub and do it myself. I am actually thinking of starting a authentic ffice:smarttags p<ST1:place Southern BBQ place </ST1:pjoint when I get things squared with the Softwash biz.
