I thought this is bold

I have heard a lot of those stories around here. I cant see how its not illegal but they seem to get away with it. I have heard of one guy in our business that charges a $5 grease disposal fee on every invoice, if the customer complains he just cancells it. If you did 2000 jobs a year thats an extra $10k, not bad to dispose of the grease.
 
Definately got some sacks.. I would think most restaurant owners would tell him to pack but hey out west maybe things are diffrent ( but I can't imagine that)
As far as grease disposal I wouldn't want to piss the customer off for 5 bucks i would just roll it into the price and be done with it since we put the chunky stuff in their grease container anyways. If it is a big cleanup and we have buckets of grease the local dump here accepts it with no fees involved so I just take it there.
