The Rip off thing ... Hmmmm... Well your right about alot of it.. I wish people didnt want pressure washing done cheap , but you know they really do.. Most people around here hire the little fly by night guys and when they dont do a good job they just keep calling them back.. I lost a $300 concrete cleaning last week to a fly by night guy , he does the same job for $75.00.. The customer told me he doesn't do as good a job as I do but that he gets it clean enough... They also wondered why the other guy doesn't use a surface cleaner... DUH " I don't know""" Could it be the cheap price... I told Sammie to ask the guy when he comes out to clean it next time if he has insurance, a business license , any certification.... Sammie must not care about stuff like that.... Russ I do like your site and I wish that I could get customers to understand but spring and summer is here and you know every Tom Dick and Harry is out at Lowes and Depot Buying thosr $800 dollar and cheaper cold water machines.... Gonna go out and make some summer spending moneyLOL
 
Cold water machines are very useful in our area. Hard to get a big machine inside a 10 story building or in a mall.
 
John you are ready loss the concrete job, Tell him you will do it for 50.00 and dont do the job, just submit invoices, Then when you have the 300.00 do the job. He is getting the same thing so what makes the diff. Its not like it will catch fire or any thing you dont do will effect the out come.
