I opened an access door and almost ruined my whole day!

To get the access door open I was standing underneith the door arms above my head pushing up really hard when the door finnally popped open and my nose was about 2 in from a mountain of grease leering at me.

This lady called me because she the other company that just cleaned her hood was in and out in 45 min.......this seemed too fast to her.

She says they come every 3 months.

I am sure that it is excess buildup since the last time it was cleaned. At least she had sense enough to call you.

Chris if you stand with one foot on the wall, one foot on the floor, and ignore the urge to fall on your face for a moment those filters are mounted just fine. Sometime your perspective may be off a little.

45 minutes, they probably took two smoke breaks to boot! Damn I broke a sweat I need a smoke.
