i need help with pricing

i am supposed to give the local united moving company and estimate for washing their building. and washing there moving truck once a month maybe twice a month during the busy seasons she said she has the big box trucks not sure what size though and the semi trailers and rigs she also said she would like a price on detailing the insides of the rigs too can anybody help i would really like to land this contract. she also said sometime her lot can be full and sometimes there can only be 7 trucks in the yard she's in charge of the one in Lakeland FL too

hey Craig, on the detailing part you might ask some of the other guys in your area for tips. I'm not sure about the trucks though, and I'm asking around for help on bidding a building also....GOOD LUCK seems to be a tough crowd lately
 
Size of trucks, aluminum tanks, polished aluminum, do you have to move them, how much room in between them. Brushing or 2 step, lots of chrome, stacks etc..??For help you will need more information given.

For starters I would be around $25.00 per unit for outside, probably more for the box vans. For the inside it would depend on how much detailing they want. Do you have to vacuum, how about sleepers? These things all effect the price. With detail it could be another $15.00-$30.00

My X used to get her car washed waxed cleaned inside where she worked. Guy would pull up in a van and go to town. $100. You guys get $50 for something 10 times as big?
 
good advise thank you

well i turned in a bid today at $40 a trailer $35 per big rig and $30 per box truck
$15-25 for detailing the inside and i will degrease the frames the trucks for free with a wash
