I have to get this ready for painting!!! Any Suggestions?

I cleaned the walkways of this shopping center turned church and now they want a quote on cleaning the building for paint. This is the side and rear of the building. They also want a quote for me to paint it. I have an airless paint sprayer available that I use to paint my garage but i am not a painter! The money is tempting. How would you go about prepping this for paint.
 
Call a painter and have him give you a quote then he can tell you what he needs for prep work to get it ready for him. Mark it up a little and you both win.
 
Try to sub it out and learn how they do it so you make a new friend and make some extra money at the same time.
