Thanks everyone. I doubt I will beat the first year at PT State. Just had a lot of questions to ask, then a lot to teach. Have you guys ever heard the expression that the medical community uses? I learned this as a paramedic... "Watch one, Do one, Teach one". It's a good philosophy, and can be used in our business as well. Watch a roof get cleaned by some one you are learning from, go out and do some by yourself, then teach it to the new people coming up the ranks.

I got SOOO many calls this Fall from new people on PT State wanting to get set up. When I started I leaned on Russ a lot.
