I hate hiring day!

After the last test drive prayers would be appreciated. Scared me to death, and I don't scare easily.

Yeah, but then I would have to worry about him wiping out a minivan.

You must not have Dodge trucks.....

Funny thing is, I asked him if he had driven a larger truck before, and he said he had only driven a Dodge Ram.

Hmm...

Did you leave your crash helmet at home Scott?

In over 6 years I've only ridden with my wife once. The 2nd time she insisted on driving I went back into the house and came out wearing a motorcycle helmet.

Needless to say after I did that she just lets me drive everywhere we go together now and it's been that way for over 5 years.

There have been three times in all the road tests where I should have taken over. One was for a learning disabled kid who had not driven for 3 years, but had a license. One was for a truck driver that wanted to come to work for me. The final one was today. I really need to start making the driving tests shorter.
The record was the truck driver, besides not being able to follow directions, which none of them have been able to do, incidentally, we managed to get flipped off three times in less than a mile of driving. I think that I just established a new criteria for my driving tests, if you can't turn where I tell you to, you are done.

Listen to my hiring video, game over

Oct event San Diego free free text me for more details !!
Funny, when we hired a baby sitter I was being cheap at 8 bucks an hour for a 16 year old who likes to surf at New Smyrna beach. My wife said give her 10 and she will always be there when we need her. sure enough, She came home from the beach one day to sit for us. You get what you pay for.
