It was awful it took 2 nights to clean the duct work and fans and another night to clean the hoods and filters.. I got a few picks , but I was so busy working <<< You Know ???

Anyhow I cleaned the duct work over the chargrill and guess what some one had duct taped the flue together and I had about 100 Gallons of grease water on the top of the hood .. So I took all the ceiling tiles down and wet vaced the top of the hood...

The guys that used to clean this hood never cleaned the duct ,,, now we know why... Duct tape comes off with high pressure and heat.. HMMMM..

I could have done a much better job on this hood cleaning , but for $1000.00 buck 3 days was enough...

Thanks Matt. I am paying for it now.. I went to the doc about this cold I can't get rid of.. turns out I have walking Pnemonia.... This sux.. And it is my best month too.. I got to go hunt up J.T. and see if he wants to come back and help any..

Oh by the way my burger kings called and the owner of the 7 BK's has decided to let me clean the hoods , concrete and wash the buildings down once a month.. Go figure..

I think I might be able to retire when I am 65... Thats only 16 more years of grease and caustic..... Hmmm..
 
He has another commitment at the moment.
 
Our shops have a great view of the freeway just North of Los Angeles International Airport.
