Lifetime warranty on their coils? Great, I have 1 that needs a new baffle with only 500 hours on it. The other one has a new coil in it with about 600 hours on it and it's starting to shoot flames again. Maybe they are finally getting their act together over there at Hydrotek.
 
I now have 2 machines with bad baffles in them and are shooting flames out of the coils. Let's see if Hydrotek will warranty the repairs or if I'll be making the drive to San Diego to see Jerry on Wednesday. Both units are 2013 and 2014 year models with only 600 hours on each of them. 1 has already had the coil replaced once.
 
I thought those baffles were wear parts, lol. I have replaced numerous times on my Hydrotek coil.

If they come back and say they are normal wear and tear parts then I'll fix them both and put them up for sale. I'm not doing this every 5 or 600 machine hours. I'll order a new 9 GPM machine from Jerry and be done with it.
 
I have yet to see a machine that doesn't develop baffle problems.
