Sad part is I have the exact unit, I just bought it 4 months ago. Had I seen this video I would have not purchased it. How do you not step up and take care of this !!!!!!

I feel his pain. I have the same unit and it takes time off when ever it feels like it. I hope HP gets the message but I doubt it.

Earlier this year, I tried to upgrade our satellite receiver to a DVR. The account is in Michael's name, but I have power of attorney while he's in Afghanistan. The dish network representative said that my power of attorney would not work. They needed Mike to call them from Afghanistan to tell them we wanted a freakin' DVR. I said, ok, if he's not blown up by an IED today, I'll see if he can call. (Then I switched to Direct TV.)
