How's your residential marketing lately?

We put out a lot of flyers door to door and lately results have been very low. Business in general is great, just not getting the same residential marketing results. I haven't done a postcard mailing in a while.

Is anyone else feeling the same effects elsewhere in the country?

I havent got a single residential call in almost 3 years.

Resi work has slowed from flyers and such. I'm getting most of my calls
the last couple weeks from my networking.

Been getting alot of repeats from 1-2 yrs ago and a good # of calls from internet searches and referals. Most all are residential work. Thank God because it has been a SLOW summer. Working on a couple of good commercial ones that I hope go through.

Work has been steady we have to big job htis week one is a 6000sqft house and the other is 8000 sqft house
