Our brand is expanding rapidly into new markets in Latin America and Asia, and we are struggling to keep up with the translation needs. Is it really viable to use automated tools for our customer support and site content, or do we need a dedicated team for every language? How do you maintain a consistent brand voice when you are operating in so many different cultures? We want our players to feel like the site was built specifically for them, regardless of where they are from.
