How to get proposal in front of the property management company

Ok we have spent the entire day measuring shopping centers in our area, hoping to get the proposals in for the 2010 budget. We will have all these proposals typed and ready to go by Wednesday. Now that the easy part is done, my questions is how do you get them in front of the property management company?

Do you fax them in? Do you mail them in? Visit and personally drop off to the ones that are local?

We plan on measuring several more over the next few months and would really like to get the ball rolling. I want to be successful in turning the proposals into accounts so I want to do this right. Any and all help is very gratefull and appericated very much.
