How much soap do I need?

I have a commercial building to wash. It is 480 feet by an average of about 26 feet high. It has a lot of diesel truck emissions all over it. How much soap should I put on the truck so I don't run out?
Maybe 15 gallons?

Thanks

What are you using for soap? You may need a truck wash soap to break down the contaminants. Bring plenty full strength soap and mix onsite until it removes the stains.

So you bid a job without even knowing how many gallons of soap you would need?

I was thinking the same thing, how can you bid a job without knowing how much soap you will need, now long it will take you, what your numbers are, etc.....

This does not make sense to me at all. Most pro's will know this type of thing before giving out a price for a job.

It is one thing to ask how to do something when you are new, have not done that kind of job before, not sure of what kind of detergents to use but asking how much soap???? Reallly? Come on.

I'm not going to comment about what the other guys are saying and this is not a criticism, get a safety harness!

You can get them from Grainger or Mcmaster Carr pretty inexpensive.
