How much is enough?

OK here is a job that I looked at the other day, and everything was wrong with it. I couldn't even think of a number in my head when I looked at it so I was wondering what everyone else might charge.
Low hood, 1 plenum, 5' duct and squrrel cage fan.
The elbow must weight about 70 or 80 pounds.
Grease all over the roof covered up with "absorbant"(read: cat litter)
The duct cap is about 6" away from the bottom of a roof overhang where pidgeons roost so it is covered in poop.
The customer wants it at 3 in the afternoon and wants to be cooking by 5, 24 hour place.
The customer doesn't want water used.

I still can't think of a number that would make it worth putting a guy through all of that. Here are some pictures:

Impossible !!!!!!!!! maybe if you had til 9 or 10 oclock, And NO WATER, wow Good luck. I'd quote him a grand and forget about it.

Matt, Do you find these jobs or do they find you? Sounds like the owner wants the imposible done. Make a proposal about how it should and will be done according to NFPA , smile leave it at that . Make sure there is enough $$$ for the P.I.T.A. factor. Or you can "Run Forrest Run"... I think I would do the latter.

It looks like a job in need of "Rooftop Grease Containment".
No - maybe they need "Rooftop poop Containment". :D

I had a store once with an A frame roof, the fan was inside the A frame. Everything inside was covered in at least a inch of pigeon POO. I refused to go in, They eventually got the POO cleaned up, I don't know how or at what cost.

That customer needs a company that can get results every time.

No thanks, we have cleared snow from the roof for a few customers, but I'll leave the poop to the experts
