How many here Have Roof Cleaning Services?

I clean a few, but would like to clean a lot more, going to increase my marketing efforts in 2011 to increasing the Roof Cleaning Business.
 
My jury is still out on roofs? I need to do more research. I see guys cleaning with heavy duty amounts of chlorine and I wonder how good that can be, and if any pressure is used the rock gets washed off? Need to talk to more people about it. We have a lot of roofs around here that need it and the general public doesn't understand whats going on with the discoloration. I have been looking at the zinc strip installation as well as we know what we see on the roofs under the vents caps etc. Interesting. Also wonder what insurance premiums are like for companies who have guys walking on roofs with all that slippery chem on it. Like i said much more to research.
 
We do roof cleaning here in Alabama but we may be looking to give it up before too long.. My efforts have been pushed way more toward the commercial side and after a few talks with some smart PW business people, it's just overall too much of a liability!! Luckily I have never had to file a claim or anything but if you have been cleaning roofs for a while it would be hard for me to believe you hadn't killed anything.. So to answer yes we do them but maybe not for much longer. Plus I am hoping to set a reclaim setup exactly where the roof setup is on the trailer..
 
I'm going mostly roof and house washing. I'm using a fat boy. My pressure washer will be for driveways only.
