How many competitors do you have?

I wanted them to feel noticed.
 
I don't know how many because every tom, dick & harry own a HD special. I bid a job today the customer showed me recipts where he payed $85 dollars for a cleaning. One hood corigated 5ft wide, one fan, one vent, 4 filters very light grease latin cafe. He also stated PW was certified and did the job semi anually I did not see a hood sticker. Called me because the other guy is to busy now and customer has not recieved a return call from PW. It would take me 45min to an hour to do this job, but come on..... Another one is a fast food chineese joint quarterly for $350. These guys are taking money out of there own pockets. If you do a quality job and build repore your customer isn't going to shop price.

It is all about makin that quick easy hundred bucks. Most are not in it for the long haul.

About 90% of the stickers are from companies here in LA that still think $80 - $100 dollars is a good price to charge.
