We had a new family move in buy my rental property last month. I was up there doing some work and I seen 8, no kidding, 8 little African Kids I mean African American Kids jumping in a trampoline. One of them came over to me and asked me what I was doing so I told him, I own this property and I am fixing the sprinkler system for my tenant.
He came right out and told me that him and his mom and 3 sisters live in the house across the street with his mom's sister and her 4 kids. They section 8 the home and rent it to two sisters with 8 kids between them and a trampoline. It must be nice to get a check for everyone of these kid's along with health care, food stamps. You need to know why this country is in the shitter?
