Hover type surface cleaners

Hello Everyone,

I am wondering if anyone has had experience with Whirl A Way or Whisper Wash surface cleaners. I am thinking on buying a 19" or 20" hover type so I can get into smaller places and different areas. Please let me know your experience with either brand good and bad. Email is preferred so we do not upset anyone. Thanks.

The 16" Whirl A Way screams. I believe I can clean faster with a 16" WAW than a 30" wheeled unit. They're especially good on curbed sidewalks. No wheels to drop off the edge.

Its been awhile since i have owned a hover surface cleaner. I didnt like them, I preffer wheels and i also preffer landa water jets.

What about those water brooms you see in catalogs for like $100. We do kitchen floors sometimes and I always wondered if those things would work. There is no way I am spending $600 on one of those surface cleaners.

How are you cleaning the floor now? Either a water broom or a surface cleaner will speed you up if you're using a gun. The water broom is primarily for flushing, while the surface cleaner will give you a deeper clean.

He have 3 whirlaway surface cleaners it is the best money we have ever spent bar none,we do a lot of power washing it gets us in and out and we go to the next.plus the grass we cut and light landscaping

We have always used hover type surface cleaners. I will post a picture of one of ours. We use 2 #5 tips @ 3000 psi 200+ degrees. We expect a two man crew to be able to generate $700-1,000 per night doing flatwork.

We usually just go over it with a turbo nozzle. They never come out very great but the guys we do it for never complain.
