My parents do "Fix N Flip's" they have been doing this for over 30 years now. My dad is a contractor he handles all of the construction, My mom does landscaping and I handle all colors, staging and interior design. The last home they did sold in 21 days and that listed in January of this year and sold for full asking price. The house they are in now was a diamond in the rough, it was a HUD that had water line breaks everywhere. The home is roughly 3500 sq ft and has a theatre that we just finished. I am restaining the deck and fence this coming week and then its one to painting the house....
