Hotel Sidewalks

I washed a home last week for a couple and it turns out that she is the manager of a hotel around here. She asked me to come by and take a look at a few things.

I went by there yesterday and the biggest thing she wants done is cleaning all of the walkways. 1rst and 2nd levels. This concrete is coated. Like what you see on a pool surround. Ive seen it around but dont even know what its called. She said they had been cleaning it with a bucket and a brush..... Im assuming downstream a good mix on it then gently rinse it? I will post some pics of the stains. It looks like stuff thats leaked from the maids carts.

Any help is appreciated. She also noticed we accept credit cards and told me that was a good thing so Im thinking it may be easier to pick this one up..... But I could be wrong!lol

Sounds like something they call Cool Deck.it helps keeps the temp.down Be care not touse to much pressure. If you get under and loose areas it will come up like spalding concrete.

From the pics I saw on PTState it looks like a decorative concrete overlay.I'm fairly sure you can clean it like regular concrete,but Celeste would knwo for sure since she is an appilcator of that type product.
