Hoses & ball valves

Looking to get some new hoses. Just purchased 6 new hoses 4 months ago and they are junk. What are you guys buying and how do they hold up? Also, what kind of ball valves you guys using? Please give me a good source as well.

We also have hoses on sale this month. The smooth cover legacy hose is actually made by Goodyear and private labeled for them it is the Goodyear Gauntlet series which is a step above the Goodyear Neptune. For the ball valves if you want them to last get one that is rated for your operating pressure. A real popular one is the industrial ball valve with the black handle they dot get stiff and hold up well.

Hoses, these guys have some of the best prices, you can't beat them. Maybe find somebody in the area that can fix them as well as even the best hoses break and a $20 mend can extend the life of a $150 hose.

Ball valves, high pressure or low?

Low pressure HD, or any place like that should be fine. High pressure, Russ and Paul both have options, make sure you get more then enough rated pressure for the valve though.

Paul is the man and is correct. Legacy hoses are the exact same hose as goodyear. I buy Legacy when They are on sale (and they are on sale more often than the good year label)

I could be wrong but HD doesn't sell high psi ball valves, at least not in N.C.

Guy you are right only places I have seen high psi ball are at hydralic shops and pressure washing shops.

Which ball valves are you using from home depot?

Any that are threaded. We only using them for roof cleaning. They don't hold up to well. We go through 1 every month or 2.
