Honey

Thought the title would make you look. Anyhow, here is a Honey Brook Deck Washing and staining I performed yesterday. I only had to lightly strip the deck followed by pH balancing. The Stain used was Armstrong-Clark Cedar Tone. All the deck was hand brushed, so it was truly a custom project. Remember, I am a 4Th Generation custom painter by trade, so I am used to the brush work. This is actually turning into 3 deck restoration jobs in the next week.

Great Job Honey!!

Love your Wood Baby!

Nice even strokes!!

I think we are Jacking Jimmy's Thread  Sorry Jimmy!

Looks good.
What kind of brush for aggitation did you use?
How long did it take?

Can still see a bit of the "square" shadow between the post'.
No pressure at all?

You must have a hell of back to hand wash.

hats off. Nice work.

Sorry for the confusion. I hand brushed the stain. I did use very low pressure to clean. Yeah, she had something sit in that spot for a pretty long time, but she was cool with the transformation. It took me about an hour to brush the stain on.

Pretty simple job, but since it is turning into more it was a wise choice to do this. I guess thats my advice to all. Do not turn away the small stuff because it can turn into big projects with their friends.

As far as poking of fun at me from the others on here. It gets me more recognition, so its cool. I am not thin skinned since growing up around construction all my life. :>)
