I had a customer of mine this week send me a payment and when I looked at it I was like WTH it was for about $300 more then I charged him for both sweeping and washing of a shopping center, so I called him and told him about the mistake his office made and thanked him for paying so fast, 8 days on a 30 net ;) . He thanked me for being Honest and I have picked up two more properties for both sweeping and washing from his company :D

I think Honesty and Integrity pays off in many ways, not only do I feel good about doing the right thing, but I picked up more work in part from being Honest .
 
That's what separates us from the fly-by-nights...
 
Good going honesty and integrity is the only way to go.
 
I just believe that when you do the right thing, GREAT THINGS WILL HAPPEN and this proves it. I know what it is like to make a mistake and pay for it. I found a wallet about 2 years ago out cleaning someone threw it in the trash can at a center we cleaned, so I took and call the lady and gave it back to her the only thing missing was the cash but everything else was in it and she sent me a gift card for Chillis to go out and eat and I told her not to do it but she did it anyways.
I just know what it's like and I love when someone steps up to the plate and does the right thing.
